Do you offer same day service?
For no heat and no hot water situations we do our best to offer same day appointments, especially during winter. Call early in the day for the best chance of a same day slot.

Virtually all of them, Lennox, Carrier, Trane, Napoleon, Regency, Navien, Rinnai, Rheem and many more. Our technicians work on gas fireplaces, furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, water heaters and pool heaters from every major manufacturer.
How much does a service call cost?
The diagnostic fee depends on the equipment and your location, and it's always confirmed before we book. If you go ahead with the repair, the fee is applied to the work. Call (289) 801-7262 for a current quote.
Should I repair or replace my furnace or water heater?
It depends on age, condition and repair cost. As a rough guide, if a repair costs more than a third of replacement on equipment past its expected lifespan, replacement usually makes more sense. We'll give you honest numbers for both options.
